Bliss Steep Clean Mask

I have had problems getting this mask to come out of the tube in the equal blue and yellow parts. I went to the Bliss counter and mentioned it to the sa and she showed me how to get it ou by squeezing the neck of the tube.She also told me that the blue and yellow parts are exactly the same composition but that it had been made that way to ensure people warmed it up before applying it. We agreed it would have been far more sensible to just put this in the instructions rather than have a gimmiky and flawed delivery system but at least I don't have to bother taking it back. I hope this helps you all that have had the same problem with this product.

I still can't get it out equally! There's still tons more blue than yellow, at least I can use it knowing the parts are both the same. Annoying though.

It seems like everyone has problems getting it to come out equally, but thanks so much for letting us know that it's the same formulation. I was getting really miffed that I wasn't able to use the product to it's full efficacy.

It took me to use pliers at the neck of the tube to get it out. By the time i figured how to get it out, i was almost out of the blue.

I'd take it back seeing as so much has gone to waste. Bliss know there is aproblem with this product so it should be no trouble getting your money back. Absolutely the worst delivery system I've ever come across.
