Hi guys, I recently made a purchase from witch Slap Cosmetics but they sent me the wrong order :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I sent them an email and they dont even respond!! I am very dissapointed because the wrong palette they sent was identical to a cheap one I already have and I paid $34 plus expensive postage for the one theyve sent :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Not happy. Has anyone dealt with them before? What do you think I should do about this?? Thanks

I've read that this company is notorious for repackaging, and I've seen a few not so rave reviews about them on youtube also. I don't think they do refunds, but they ought to at least send you the correct palette you ordered. I'd keep trying to contact them, either by phone or more emails. Or if you paid with paypal, maybe open up a dispute.

mmmm Im trying to remember if i did pay via paypal... Im pretty sure i did but i will check thanks for bringing that up otherwise i totally forgot about opening a dispute! Ive sent 3 emails so far and nothing! Very unprofessional! Its their loss i guess because I was going to purchase so many of their products but no way not any more! Im going to also check if I can get a hold of their phone number so I can call them.

witchslap has a very negative reputation. Unfortunately the only way you're going to get your money back is to dispute it with your bank/credit card.

I hope paypal can help you resolve the issue, Amarah. But the faster you act, the better. I wouldn't call myself a prude by any means, but I've always found the witch Slap name and corresponding product names to be off putting, like they're trying to hard to be edgy. And their website is too loud for me. But if you like their products, I'd recommend buying directly from their wholesaler. Lady Bird, I think? Hopefully someone on here knows a little more. Fingers crossed it works out for you!

i honestly have to say that witch SLAP COSMETICS is not a good makeup company cathy the owner BUYS HER PRODUCTS FROM LADY BURD wich is an exclusive private label cosmetics company, they make the make up and all that! any way, kathy sells every product at least the double/triple of the original price i think its a complete rip off two of my freinds used to promote for her and they quit because of personal reasons but a loy of it had to do with kathy she was not paying them she was not doing anything she said she would do. i am sorry for the witch SLAP fans but i had to state my opinion feel free to reply thi this THANX

Yup. It's a known fact that witchSlap obtains some of their items from Lady Burds and from other private label manufacturers. The paint wheels they sell are also sold by Two Cosmetics. While the products may not be bad the price is just far more than LB's price point is.

Speaking of... anyone wanting to get into their own makeup line and use LB to private label. You can begin orders at $150 to start.
