Does anyone know what to do about big pores on your nose. I know that alot of people have black heads on thier nose but what can I do to minimize my pores?

 
The skin care I use is great at reducing the appearance of pores. I posted about it awhile back. The thread title is wonderful skin care. It's a 'homemade' line that is sold on ebay. No one here seemed too interested in it which is a shame because I love it and it is inexpensive. I've spent big bucks on skin care and never been this in love with any of them.

The other thing I would suggest is a primer. I just started using smashbox photo finish and it really makes my pores blend.

Have you tried anything like Biore strips? I never have but I have seen posts about them here.

hey,I used to use these strips but then got told by my dermatolgist that they destroy the skin barrier thingy :s - now I use clinique's pore minimizer - its quite good - not quite as satisfying as the strips but good all the same...

i have been dabbling in making my own skin care products for my particular needs, i have learned alot about skin care and all the products that are out, and some of it is quit alarming on what crap they put in them and how much money we throw away on simple ingredents we can get and make ourselves. i found the line you speak of in your notepad so i will check it out.

Hi, Alyt6,You could try exfoliating to minimise the pores. Karrieanne, i will check out your thread about the home made products.Sounds interesting and like you sau it's amazing how much money we throw away when home made recipes could be just as good if not better.Thanks for that

Welcome to makeup talk! How fun to be making your own skin care products. How are they working for you?

The lady I purchase from says the same thing about many of the lines available. Why does one jar of skin cream need to cost $100+? I don't get it? But I was buying it. Crazy! I adore the products I am using now. My skin looks great. Pores are clean and wrinkles have lessened. And from products that don't cost more than $15. Happy girl!!

i am having a lot of fun and have actually developed OCD over this. i have gathered lots of info from this forum (thanks lollipop on your essential oils info.) and from another site i visit i am still learning and experimenting LOL, on what does what and the science behind it. ts

 
What product has glycolic acid? I too have bad blackheads on my nose and would love to get rid of them.

 
Apple Cider Vinegar Toner seems to shrink my pores and keep them clean too. Also MD Formualtions Glycolic Line eliminates Black Heads and enlarged pores.

I checked out your thread for wonderful skin care & found the ebay name of the seller. But when I type her seller name in ebay, it says 'no results'. Did u make a mistake 'bout the spelling or anything? Maybe u could provide the direct link instead?

Not crazy about the DMAE cream(though it has a yummy smell! I use it on my hands.)but the DMAE serum is awesome! Just this morning I was admiring my lovely clean pores...hehehe :icon_love
