Best eye cream with SPF?

I use Shiseido with SPF 32, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to protect the eye area, but I was wondering if there was anything better on the market.

A few days ago i was surfing on the internet where i found a site for the beauty product reviews i dont remember the exact site address but the site has a name like "the beauty insiders" or something like that...they are having a nice range of products reviews about eye creams too.
