grrr! i have been sick, and falling asleep at weird hours, so i haven't washed my face at night for like a week! i havent been wearing makeup either since i am in bed sick, but do you think this is going to hurt my skin at 26? do you think a good peel would shape my skin back up again? what would you guys recommend?

 
Ohh, well I hope you get to feeling better! Definitely get back in the routine of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing your face! A peel wouldn't hurt either-but I would wait until you get back to normal. Perhaps a week after washing as normal.

 
That's good advice given. I'd rest up a little, so if u don't feel like steaming and doing face masks and so on right now, then try to make sure u cleanse, moisturise etc as per usual. Drink lots and lots of water. Keep it by your bedside, it will make you feel better from the inside and should reflect in your skin also. I do think a peel would be nice also.

 
i was ignoring my skin for awhile like during the last parts of school. and my skin is still recovering from it now (even though now im caring for it again).
