But I dont know for sure if I have that, because I am not overweight. I only do know that something is wrong with my hormones. It also can be that I have to much testosterone. Lately also my hair is falling out and is not growing back, this is only the problem at my hairline, the rest is still normall. And l can not go to the doctor yet, because of some home problems, I am waiting till I am moved and then I will go to the doctor. I was wondering if you can do a home test to see if your hormones are out of balance or something like that. Also I have read that if you are going to test yourself, that you should check out your testosterone, DHEA and some other stuff I think, but I dont know what more should I test.

Here is one site that offers tests and recommend reading some of his books also. Here is another site with lots of Hormone related info and tests.
You MIGHT want to look into using a Natural Progesterone Cream ..but definitely get some salivary tests done first.

OK, thanks. I only dont know if they ship it to Holland and how to use it. Maybe I should ask someone who knows English well to help me with this. What is a Natural Progesterone Cream? Does it have any side effects if I would use it? Thanks again!

Which test should I choose, if I want to check out everything, I do not know much about hormones!!! I have also read that sometimes your hormones can be normal, but that you can be sensitive to testosterone or something that will have to do with it, and because of that you will get more body hair or hair loss.

What you do with most of those tests is order them and they come in a prepaid envelope to send back in. You swab your mouth or whatever (since it's salivary) and send them back for the actual tests. Then they send you the results.
Natural progesterone cream is just that ..a progesterone cream that balances out your hormones. Most women have some sort of estrogen dominance thing going on just before/during menopause. Those symptoms can start anywheres from 10 - 15 years prior to actually going thru menopause. There are no side effects as it's natural and use only use the dosage of what your body would normally make.

Since I am not going true a menopause, because I am under the 30 years, I think I do not need the cream. Or can it be used also when you are not in menopause? The test sound good, i will have to check it out. Why is the test better then a blood test, that you can do at the doctor?

you need to go to doc asap. dont play around with this and wait , nothing is more important than your health.

after one year of odd things going on with me i found ot it was my thyroid doing it. my body has paid the price from my waiting, i really wish i had listen to my body sooner and got my butt to doc sooner, i may not being going through all the heart ache i am going through now.

do you have any other symptoms, like loss of appetite, weight gain or loss, hot or cold all the time, sweating , anxiety, moody, heavy periods, missed periods. rapid heart beat. sluggish, etc.....

i i wonder if hormone problems can cause thyroid problems, i had nodules on mine and they removed the right side, no cancer thank goodness, so i kept the left side even though it has nodules they were not as big, no one can agree on whether or not meds will stop the nodules form getting bigger or not. doesnt matter i suspect i will be on the meds before the year is out my numbers are slowly slipping. uggghh.

either way i know when things get out of whack they can reck havoc, i had to have 6 inches of my cut off

Hey, thanks for your advice to going to the doctor. I really appreciate it, and I know that I will have to go as soon as possible, but there are more problems so I really do have to wait. I don`t have other symptoms, atleast not that I know of. I have heard about thyroid problems, but I don`t know exactly what that is? I do hope that it will go better with you :icon_love !!!
