I know this is somewhere on this site - could someone post a link so that I may give the aspirin mask a try. Someone also recommended mixing aspirin with sour cream............YUM!

It is amazing!! It totally cleared my skin up. (I have combo acne prone skin) I don't know about the sour cream thing but I do it with honey so it isn't too drying in my flaky areas.

 
Aspirin masks are great for clearing the skin. I find regular ol' baking soda works just as well too.
