I am one of Paula's biggest fans!

If you want to know the truth about cosmetics and skin care, she's the one to go to.

Have you listen to her pod casts?

Totally agree about products in jars, with large lids - quickest way to get bacteria and destroy any active ingredients.

I´ve become a huge fan of hers as well!!!

Ummm, I´m probably the last person to ask this, but what is a podcast exactly? lol

I´ve read a lot of articles on her website, and watched some videos...and ordered her antioxidant serum today.

A podcast is a video downloaded from i-tunes. Kinda like how youtube is, you subscribe and download videos.

I like Paula too. Her website has alot of valuable information.

Somethings are just straight out common sense.

Price is not everything.

Skin around your eyes are no different from the rest of your face.

There no 1 ingredient does it all, etc...

exactly.

Even though I know all of this, it felt very luxurious using the deluxe size samples of La Prairie skincare that I won online. It´s hard to not be impressed by big names, fancy packaging and glossy ads. It´s kinda sad to know how much $ women spend on expensive products that promise you the world, but in reality don´t do much more than moisturize and therefore plump up the wrinkles temporarily.

Yes, they're free ! You can download them on itunes.

Good article indeed, it summarizes everything. I couldn't help but smile at sunscreen being the first superstar, i was trying to buy some this morning and the shelf was empty, but you could find all the anti aging creams you wanted.

I'm a bit of a snob that way too.  I would not buy a face moisturizer that you can pick up at Walmart.  I've never had the assumption it is taking away wrinkles because I didn't have any when I started using it.  I still am line free but I have swapped my Shiseido for DIY and I put it in a pump.  She does sell her own products too so I'm going to question her neutrality.

yeah I liked the sunscreen part too. I liked that she said sunscreen isn´t glamourous or exciting, and it feels like a hassle to use it every single day, which I kinda agree with.I just wished I could find a sunscreen that is really truly matte on the skin, not shiny.
