Argan oil for skin?

I have seen a lot of argan oil being used in hair products, but is pure argan oil beneficial in any way for your skin?

I have eczema and very sensitive skin. I got a sample of Josie Maran from Sephora and loved it - now I just buy a big bottle of it from whole foods. Seriously - my skin has NEVER looked better. I would absolutely recommend it.
