Thanks in advance.

um, i believe i posted it in the wrong place. it's bath, body and fragrance related right? :|

sorry mods!

I love L'occitane Olive hair paste treatment, it made my hair feel soo soft and smooth, I just wish that the price is not that $$ so I can re-purchase it. The pure shea butter is great but it's pricey and not really for summer stuff. It's good for winter season. I also love their hand cream. Loccitane Angelica hair product is also good for dry and damaged hair, but it's expensive here.

For Lush, the only products I've tried are the hand cream and body cream, I forgot what was the name of the product lol. But I didn't really like it. The hand and body cream is too greasy, yuck.

i like the l'occitane lavender matte moisturizer, but it doesn't have SPF.

l'occitane lavender smells really lovely, and it litterly makes my whole house smell like lavender. I'm no help in the Lush department, since I haven't used any of their products...

I tried a sample of L'Occitane shea butter hand cream and it was soooo nice. Really thick, so I only put it on at night, but it softened my hands and cuticles so much. I definitely want to get some.

Never tried anything from either brand. Have fun, and be sure to let us know what you got!

l'occitane lavender smells really good. Try also their perfumes and colognes especially Verbena and Green tea with mint. light scents but very refreshing.

I know this reply is kinda late. I've tried a few things from L'Occitane...do NOT buy the pure shea butter - its like a rock, very hard to apply...not emollient at all, therefore defeating its purpose. However their shea hand creams are lovely, moisturizing yet not greasy and their rose milk body lotion is great too.

Hiya, i have quite a few of L'Occitane's products, but the one;s i rave about are their shea butter hand and foot cream,.theuir lovely soaps hat last and last, their body wash and moisturisers. If you have a man in your life, he;s love their shaving kit...it's exquisite. Enjoy your holdiays

I went to a Lush store for the first time last weekend in Seattle and bought the catastrophe mask. It has blueberries in the mask and it makes your skin feel so good.

I've not tried anything from either range, but I hear the 100% Pure Shea Butter from L'occitane is great as a lipbalm.

I went to a LUSH store back in Aug. when I was on a trip in NYC. I'd heard of LUSH for yrs prior to this, so I was excited to be able to buy in one of their brick and mortars. I highly recommend the BIG shampoo and veganese cond. (for ref: I have fine hair, med. thick, naturally wavy/curly hair that gets weighed down pretty easy). I now regret NOT buying the daddyo shampoo, too. I bought other things, but won't go off on a tangent here.

Those 2 items are definitely HGs for me, though, and I will be repurchasing them.
