An SPF to go with Moisturizer??? HELP???

I'm still fairly new to the site and I wasn’t sure were to put this?

A few weeks ago I got a bunch of samples of "HOPE in a Jar". I'd heard a lot of good reviews about it and was excited to try it. Now I love it too! But before I go out and drop the cash on it, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the SPF end? Before I've always had a moisturizer that contained a wide spectrum SPF...now I don’t know what I should do... ahh! I was thinking maybe only were the Hope in a jar at night? Dose anyone know if Philosophy sells a day moisturizer that’s equivalent to there hope in a jar? Or any other recommendations?

I usually prefer to play safe and apply a sunscreen before I put anything else on my face.

I've heard so much about Hope In A Jar. It's supposed to be a great product. I personally prefer using a moisturizer that contains an SPF in it. I'm lazy so it saves me time in the morning. A sunscreen is pretty basic. You can use Hope In A Jar and then apply any sunscreen over it as long as it is at least SPF17 and the sunscreen should be specifically for your face (not sunscreen that you use on your body as well)!!!

Or just use Hope In A Jar at night and use their product with SPF that got linked above during the day. I don't believe it's necessary to use a separate moisturizer and sunscreen. I just use a moisturizer with an SPF already in it.

i also believe you don't need to use a sunscreen if one is already in your moisturizer. my HG moisturizer doesn't contain any, that's why i make sure i wear either a sunscreen or my mineral foundation.
