haven´t heard of it, and I doubt they do anything for your skin.
The supplements that can have some benefits for your skin are zink (for acne), Vitamins C (is involved in collagen production) and E (can reduce inflammation I think) and maybe some antioxidants like green tea, pomegranate extract etc. There may be others, and I know there are companies selling "anti aging" pills for a lot of money, which is total BS.
The question is, what are you doing already for your skin? If you´re already doing all there is to do (sunscreen daily, a skincare regimen that fits your skintype and contains proven anti-aging ingredients etc) then you don´t really need to do anything else, unless you have specific skin issues.
