...so what's wrong with you? I don't see anything that requires a major change other than your out of date style glasses.  Contacts or a smaller frame would look better on you, more current.  Maybe some hilites/low lites in your hair, a more current hairstyle, not so heavy around your face.  Fill in your brow which is almost invisible in the photos, it'll help frame your face better. 

You have lovely eyes, really long lashes.  Nice shaped mouth.  I would suggest some lip gloss in a pink.

I think your cute /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Some differant glasses would look way better, but don't change your style because others don't like it.
