Am I the only one who uses baking soda for everything?

uses Baking Soda for everrrrrything?

I use it on my face as a semi-scrub thing. It's a little rough at first but once I wash it off, my skin is super smooth and it helps clear up my face.

Plus, it whitens teeth.

And, it makes things smell good.

Baking Soda is like the super product, I love it!

My skin is sensitive, I just use a little mixed with water to make it pasty. It doesn't have to be much at all, then I wash it off with very cold water to shrink up my pores, wait a few minutes, and put on mosturizer and I'm good. I tingle, but only a bit.

Couldn't be used a like an exfoliater? Its be kinda like a scrub, you know.

I use it on my teeth sometimes.

It's also good if you have gum disease. Put some in your palm and wet your toothbrush, then dip it into the baking soda. Press it into your gums all the way around and then rinse really well. It's REALLY salty if you get it on your tongue, though. My dentist recommended this to me.

I've heard the tip for using it as an exfoliator...I think I have to try that!

Yeah, I brush my teeth with it before I use normal toothpaste. It helps whiten, but I'm not sure how. My doctor told me to use it since my braces ripped my enamel so I get dark spots, but those whitening strips push your gums down so I love it.

oh i have to try that tonight, scrub my face with baking soda. thanx. i use it on my teeth, i sprinkle a bit on the toothpaste before brushing. you can really see the difference.

I've been advocating baking soda with cleanser or liquid soap to make an exfoliate. It's great for brushing teeth with as well.

Inexpensive, won't give reaction or rash, works great!

Hollywood- I do this, too! Awesome cleanser! You can mix it with hydrogen peroxide to make a paste and use it as a toothpaste... I use it for everything!! It's an awesome substitute for Comet cleanser. I love baking soda!

I am going to try all the wonderful uses of Baking Soda... Right now I just use it to make the cat litter boxes smell better! LOL...
