to use a small paint brush to mix and apply a powdered clay mask?????

I have long nails and it's always a pain to mix the water with my powdered clay mask cause it gets under my nails. I did see that they offered a 'mask brush' with the clay when I purchased it but was another $12.95

So I skipped buying the brushes and was using fingers...then I remembered a pack of small, cheap paint brushes I had bought for a project and it worked perfectly! It mixed better and application was a breeze!

I don't use powdered clay masks, so I have no clue what you're talking about. However, it's pretty cool you figured something out to simplify the process!

You were definitely not the last to figure it out and I'm glad you found something that works for you......

This is the first time I have purchased it too...in fact, when I bought it, I didn't know it was powdered. I guess the deal is that you can make it more thin, thick depending on your needs and mix only what you need. They also say you can mix in things like jojoba oil, manuka, tea tree, etc instead of water.

Well, I don't use powdered masks, but I do use a nylon paintbrush to apply my masks because of the same 'gets under my nails' issue. It's less messy and applies evenly, however thick you lay it on, and I feel like it gives me more control.
