AHHH! I am under ATTACK!

/emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />! Lately I am under pimple attack first its was one and now its four! I dont know what to do I am still using the retinoid twice a day that my derm prescribed but I was kind of getting off track with my skin care(ex. popping my zits, not washing my face at night, etc.)

Maybe you just need to get back on track again? I know that when I stray from my regimen...I end up getting attacked too! Also, make sure that your pillow covers are washed frequently.

My advice: just be gentle with your skin..continue washing and removing all makeup before bed..using your acne meds..and whatever else it is that you do. If something works..keep with it!!

TRY A SALT WATER WASH AND LEAVE IT ON OVER NIGHT BELIEVE ME IT REALLY WORKS.JUST MIX A TBSP OF SALT (TABLE SALT) IN ABOUT 3 PARTS WATER AND DIP A COTTON BALL IN IT AND WIPE OVER FACE AND WASH IT OFF IN THE MORNING AND YOU WILL SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE.TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. OH CLEANSE FACE GENTLY FIRST. :laughing:

Straying from your routine will definitely throw your face out of sync. Get back to your regimen and everything should be fine.

The first thing I would say is HANDS OFF, lol. Get back on your regimen, apply all products gently and with clean hands, and for any stray spots, try a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment. A lot of spot treatments have salicylic acid, which I found was fine for me in the form of a cleanser, but this stuff from Clean and Clear with 10% benzoyl peroxide worked wonders for stray zits. Out of curiosity, what did your derm prescribe? When I had acne, Differin was my miracle product and made my skin not perfect, but better than it was with any other product.
