I want to find out if anyone has ordered the $40 Acne No More book from the www.acnenomore.com site that claims to offer a holistic approach...

I just went to a dermatologist and they gave me prescription meds that he said I could use to clear acne for the rest of my life...while I plan to try the topical treatment he gave me...I want to find a better solution that naturally heals my acne from the inside out...if you have have found one or ordered the above e-book let me know...THANKS

Sorry i've never read this book but, it sounds very interesting. I'm sure you've heard this 1000 times, 'cause I most certainly have but, water is very important. It makes huge differences. Sorry I can't be of much help hopefully one of the other girls have read the book. Good luck.

I have a book similar to that, and I can tell you it will be TOUGH! I haven't applied my book completely, but I do still have acne /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> The book probably states to take several vitamins, herbs, and minerals. That's no big deal. Then you would have to optimize your diet and eat organic veggies, NO SUGAR, no dairy, no refined oils or carbs, nothing fried, no red meat...a very tough diet at this day an age! Then of course is the liver and kidney cleanse which requires a two week diet of raw veggies...JUST raw veggies before you purge the toxins out of your system. Then take more herbs to rebuild your liver...

It makes sense, but it will take dedication and patience. I'm sure the results are worth it though if you stick with it. Good luck /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
