has anyone tried the acnefree 3 step deal? i am really tempted to buy it. i have been breaking out a lot latley and i want to get it under control. Has anyone had any luck with it, or any other suggestions to clear acne fast?

I haven't tried it, but I've heard it's about as effective as proactiv, but it's cheaper than proactiv. Proactiv did work for me, for about a year, but then it quit working for me........

it's definitely a waste of money.. I've tried their extreme kit and regular kit and found it actually made me break out worse than i did before... it might work for you but i honestly found that proactive worked way better..

right now I'm swearing by the aspirin mask and over the counter benzoyl peroxide from clean and clear

never heard of that before buti ve purchased acne clear skin program by Jim Iannelli online 3 yrs back.Its all about dieting, consuming the right food to eliminate skin disorders mostly acne.They have like fruit diet, total fast using Lemon Water.I did try the fruits but it just made my bowel movement smooth.Maybe i should continue for a week but then im lazy becauce it took ages to see results!

I have this ebook! It was really expensive for the information. However, for the 3 days that I did the fast my skin cleared up like never before. And after the 3 days when I started eating like normal again. I just broke out like before. So I definately think there is a correlation between diet and acne. At the moment I am just using proactiv, i love their sulfur mask and eating as healthy as possible meaning a lot of veggies and fruits and minimal carbs and no red meat or at least just once a month is what i am aiming for. It has helped.

I highly recommend checking out acne.org & the regimen they have there. They have a BP gel that is great & you use a gentle face wash of your choice & a mositurizer of your choice. It's pretty easy to follow & it does help. I still use the BP gel & now use mario badescu products for skin care.

I tried it and well....I got the worst rash of my life! I got all these little super red bumps, it was soooooo awful for me. But I think it might have been because I might be allergic to it or something.

You can get it online, but really the info. is not worth the money i wouldn't recommend for anyone to buy this book.

Acnefree didn't work at all for me. But different things work for different people. I had success with the Wet N Wild Acne stuff.

Is Acnefree by Rodan and Fields of Proactiv? I read that they started a new company. Proactiv almost destroyed my skin- I went from mild to moderately severe acne with no end in sight. I took three days off and started Dan's routine (see acne.org) which rules and is cheap too. My skin is way better now and I was able to cut down to once a day after two months.

I've never tried AcneFree, but I did use Proactiv for awhile and it worked well for me. But, lately I'd been having problems with breakouts again, mostly due to how hot it was getting in where I work, I just recently started using the Oil Cleansing Method and it has done wonders for my skin & has been clearing my breakout up quickly..
