A Natural Way To Exfoliate

Sea salt removes dry, flaky, dead skin.

Wet face (or anywhere on the body), apply a couple of tablespoons of sea salt, then GENTLY massage with a wet washcloth or fingers.

Focus on the T-zone and cheeks, but avoid the eye area. After one or two minutes, rinse with cold water to tighten the pores. It is important to do this regularly, or face-creams will not penetrate.

You can do this maximum once per week.

Exfoliating Cream

To help even-tone skin and remove dead skin cells and renewing them into a natural glow.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of barley powder

½ lime juice

1 tablespoon honey Procedure:

Mix 1 table spoon of barley with ½ teaspoon of lime. Mix thoroughly and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it well until it appears creamy. Apply the mixture on the face and neck and leave it for about 20 minutes. Rinse face and neck with lukewarm water. Repeat this process daily and achieve a good result.

I just tried salt as an exfoliant for the first time yesterday. I came across it while googling for home remedies for your skin. It worked great! And I was so excited that I found an exfoliant that's dirt cheap and kind of tastes good (hee hee).

Thanks for this great looking--all natural!--home remedy exfoliator; I'll be trying it out(on) tonight!
