A little nervous. I signed up for a free facial at the Biotherm Squeeky Clean event.

at Macy's. The SA told me about as I purchased a cleanser and toner from them. (which btw, seem to be quite good)

I've never gotten a facial before, let alone a free one! I'm kinda scared. I was once turned down for a facial because I have such acne prone skin and was told the steam would make me break out more. Also will i be expected to buy stuff? she said it was free but i'd feel so guilty if the SA expected me to buy stuff and I don't.

Anyone have any tips on what I should expect? I'm a facials virgin, lol.

I have never had a facial so I can't help you there, but you have already made a purchase of cleanser and toner. Don't feel thaty ou have to buy anything else. Ask her to write down any products she uses that you may be interested in and you may be back later to purchase.

It's uncomfortable at first to be able to do that but don't feel pressured. I think the SA really wants you to be happy and comfortable so you will come back to purchase again in the future. When I feel pressured, I never return.
