A good moisturizer

i m looking for a good moisturizer for my oily acne prone skin..also have some scars left..

i m looking for some 100% herbal lotion..

I highly recommend Bath and Body works Oat oil control lotion. It's really good, smells good, and not to mention it doesn't test on animals. It's actually on sale for half off so it's like less than 10 bucks. Not bad. I suggest try anything from the Pure simplicity line at BBW. It's usually very good.
