Pretty good tips, especially 8! I'm in my twenties and in the last six months, have really amped up my skincare regimen. Wish I'd been doing it years ago!

 
Get a decent mattress & pillows.

Work out in a fashion that works your face & neck (like rowing).

Don't squint.

Make sure you don't sleep with your face in your hand or on your arm.

Make sure you aren't allergic to what you use to wash your laundry.

In the shower, wash and condition your hair first so you can make sure 

wash the conditioner off your back, neck, and maybe face. That can 

trigger breakouts.

Have a mirror at your desk & check your expression throughout the day,

to make sure you aren't frowning or making weird faces that will eventually

come back to haunt you.

Try to practice & control your smiles so that you aren't pushing your eyes into crows feet

patterns.

Sleep on your back. 

Don't tug when applying eye makeup. If you have to pull your eye to apply eyeliner, skip it.

Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies a day. Every day.

Don't cry, it will just make your face and eyes puffy.

Prescription Retinoids are your best friend, and your best weapon.
